The Reminder - Framed Print

£130.00
sold out

Every Autumn, the leaves of the Canadian maple trees bordering the A3 on Bramshott Common turn red, reminding us of the 418 Canadian servicemen stationed in the area during the war who ultimately gave their lives fighting for freedom.

If you've travelled along the A3 in Hampshire, England, at this time of year, you might have noticed them before, but the best view is from the air. I have photographed this local spectacle each Autumn for several years to perfect this shot, taken soon after dawn; the Maple trees stand as silent sentinels while patches of mist gradually clear in the distance.

50% of profits will be donated to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal

Size: 50cm x 40cm (to edge of frame)

Print: Matte finish on thick Fujifilm paper (250 gsm)

Frame: Black frame made from responsibly-sourced wood

Mount: cream colour, 1.4 mm deep and 8 cm wide

Delivered with a hanging kit included.
